Strict step-dad Richard Lennox finds himself with his hands tied behind his back and a bandana gag over his mouth. Step-daughter Gia Love has tied him in bondage in protest: He won't let her go to the big party on Friday night! She's going to start tickling his feet til he changes his mind. "It's the social event of the year! I HAVE to go there! I want to make new friends," she complains. The stodgy step-dad is very ticklish and he tries to bargain with her even as he cackles with laughter while she tickles his sock feet. "But what about Barry, the slow guy down the road? He's your friend. You used to have great fun with him." Gia peels his socks off and starts tickling his bare feet. "But step-daddy, I want to meet COOL guys!" Roaring with laughter, he lays down the law: "Absolutely not! You're too young for cool guys!" But the spunky step-daughter will not give up.
